- Whether the packaging solutions are customized and validated by internal teams and customers.
- Whether there is a clear delivery plan that meet the customer’s requirement.
- Whether the vibration welder pre-acceptance meets the requirement.
- Whether all outstanding issues in pre-acceptance are closed and approved by the customer.
- Whether the logistics/transportation company is designated and confirm the logistics plan.
- Whether all packaging tools and materials are prepared according to the packaging scheme.
- Whether all spare parts or final components are packaged according to the packaging scheme.
- Are all relevant vibration welding machine documents (technical documents, customs clearance documents, insurance documents, etc.) prepared and packaged as required?
- Whether all delivery information (technical documents, etc.) is notified and confirmed with the customer.
- Whether the installation and debugging plan for the customer’s plant has been confirmed with the customer.
- Whether a qualified installation team is arranged at the factory to install the vibration friction welding machine.
- Whether the requirements of the vibration welder shipment checklist are completed.
- Whether the customer receives the product on time with the intact and undamaged package.
