Vibration Welding Service and Project Support
International project coordination, remote diagnostics, spare-parts support and on-site service arranged according to each project.
International Service Coordination
Jfortune coordinates equipment service through its international project team and long-term service resources. Local after-sales agents are available in Germany, Hungary, South Africa, India and Mexico. The appropriate support method is confirmed according to the machine, fault information, location and project agreement.
Support normally begins with remote diagnosis. Customers can send alarm records, photos, videos, parameter information and recent maintenance details. The project team reviews the information, identifies the next check and coordinates parts or on-site service when required.
- Installation and commissioning guidance
- Operator and maintenance training arranged by project
- Remote fault diagnosis by email, phone or video meeting
- Spare-parts identification, quotation and shipment coordination
- On-site service arranged according to location, visa, schedule and contract scope
- Maintenance documentation and control-system review
Warranty coverage, spare-parts responsibility, response arrangements and travel costs follow the signed sales contract and technical agreement. This avoids blanket promises that may not match a machine configuration or destination.
For equipment records and service coordination, contact the Jfortune project team. For pre-shipment quality checks, review our machine delivery inspection process.
Information Needed for Faster Technical Support
- Machine model, serial number and project or purchase reference
- Alarm text, HMI screenshots and the time the issue started
- Photos or videos showing the machine state and affected part
- Current recipe and recent parameter or material changes
- Maintenance actions already completed and their results
- Part quality symptoms, sample frequency and production impact
Do not bypass guards, interlocks or electrical safety devices during diagnosis. Stop the machine and follow the approved plant procedure if continued operation could create a safety or equipment risk.
For a new project, use the vibration welding project inquiry. For shipment preparation, review the delivery inspection process.
