Vibration Welding Machine Delivery Inspection

Delivery inspection is the final project gate before a vibration welding machine is released for shipment. Jfortune coordinates the inspection against the signed technical agreement, approved drawings, customer parts and the agreed acceptance plan. The purpose is to confirm the delivered scope and document open points—not to replace the customer’s final site acceptance.

Inputs Required Before Inspection

  • Approved equipment and tooling specification
  • Latest part drawings and representative samples
  • Material information and approved joint design
  • Agreed cycle observation and weld-quality criteria
  • Customer options, interfaces and documentation list
  • Packaging, shipment and installation responsibilities

Machine and Tooling Checks

The project team reviews the machine structure, tooling location, guarding, controls, utilities and included accessories. The inspection records visible workmanship, sensor and interlock operation, recipe functions, manual movements, alarm response and tooling changeover items that apply to the project.

Trials use the agreed samples when they are available in sufficient quantity and condition. Weld appearance, part positioning, flash, leakage, strength or dimensional results are checked only according to the acceptance method defined for that project. Parameters, sample identification and unresolved observations should be recorded so later trials can be compared.

Documents and Handover

  • Equipment and tooling drawings included in the contracted scope
  • Electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic documentation as applicable
  • Operating and maintenance instructions
  • Approved parameter or recipe records
  • Spare-parts and purchased-component information
  • Inspection results, open-point list and responsibility owners

Closing Open Items

Any problem found during inspection is assigned to a responsible party with a target date and evidence requirement. Affected functions are rechecked after correction. If a point cannot be closed before shipment, the customer and Jfortune should agree in writing whether it will be completed at site, supplied separately or handled through another approved arrangement.

Packaging and Shipment Release

Before release, the team confirms the packing method, loose parts, tooling restraints, moisture protection, labels and shipping documents required by the contract. Photos can document the machine condition and included items before the package is closed. Installation, unloading, customs and destination-site preparation remain subject to the agreed commercial and technical scope.
