Jfortune is an automotive plastic welding solutions company responsible for complete equipment projects. We help customers turn a part, joint requirement and production target into a workable vibration welding system—from process review and equipment definition to manufacturing coordination, commissioning, acceptance and after-sales support.

Our international project team manages technical communication, project schedules, tooling coordination, trials, documentation and delivery. Equipment is manufactured, assembled and debugged together with long-term partner manufacturing bases. Jfortune remains the customer-facing project owner, coordinates each project stage and follows the equipment through acceptance and global service.

Manufacturing and Process Capability

Our project scope covers servo and hydraulic vibration welding machines, IR-clean vibration welding systems, custom fixtures and automotive lighting welding applications. According to the approved technical agreement, the manufacturing base completes mechanical fabrication, assembly, electrical integration, guarding and tooling work, while the Jfortune project team coordinates design reviews, build milestones, trial preparation, factory acceptance and handover.
