As the Chinese new year is coming, often at this time, the freight charge is very high, so our customers need to avoid machine shipment during this period.
✅About the vibration welding machine shipment: when the machine is finished pre-acceptance at our plant, we will discuss machine shipment with our designer to find the best package solution for the different containers.
✅we will arrange export packing company to measure the machine sizes and tell them the machine’s weight, normally it takes about 1 week for the wooden box, and waterproof cloth to be prepared.
✅At the same time, we will discuss the freight cost with our forwarder or the customer’s forwarder and provide detailed package information and ETD to our customers.
✅The packaging company came to our plant for the vibration welding equipment package, at the same time, we will disassemble some parts of the machine, prepare the spare parts and package them well inside the machine, and use mechanical parts to fix the inside structure of the machine which will avoid the inside machine’s structure things drop-down. The engineer will also paint the rust-proof oil to avoid the machine rusty.
✅Once the package company is finished, we will stick the shipping mark on the wooden box, and ask the forwarder to ship it. We will also share the photos of wooden boxes fixed inside the container with our customers.
✅Tell the customer the ETA and make a PowerPoint file about the fixed areas of the machines which is very important, or the customer will run the machine without disassembling these fixed mechanical parts, it will be a problem.
✅Prepare the detailed customs declaration documents and customs clearance documents.
✅When the machine arrives at the destination port, remind customers to clear customs 1-2 weeks in advance.
